  Micheal Willis is the plumber and he gave me a fair price and very fast Quote that others give in maybe 2 weeks. However, the day he wanted to work he did not show up. I cancelled my work to help him and in morning he messaged me "I am caught up with an emergency job and will come around 12:30 instead". Later at 1:00 pm while I am waiting: "I am still caught up with insurance job" . Then I called him and he said he can come maybe for one hour because he has another job at 6:00. And my job was for 2 whole days estimated so basically he did not show up that day. Then I contacted him and said, "I cancel the job for now and we can do it in future as I am expecting a guest and can not do plumbing when she arrives. Then he replied " I send you the invoice!" Then I said "I do not pay as you did not do the job", Then he said "I applied for permission! Anyway Then I said "ok but when can you do the job " , He said "This Thursday I dig in and then there is Easther I will continue on Tuesday !" I said "Fine lets do it" And I took another day of for him from my work. Then just the night before the job he texted "I found the files to cancel the permission so I will not do it "!! The guy was cheap not only on his invoices but also on his work! I prefer get someone who does the job and charge properly rather than ruining two days of my week and do nothing!
